Nocatee: Ponte Vedra, Florida
A wide range of housing to suit every taste and budget is available in Nocatee. Each neighborhood has its own individual look and feel. For example, Coastal Oaks by Toll Brothers, is a gated community, featuring luxury single-family estate homes, neo-traditional homes, town homes, and village homes.
In contrast, the neighborhood of Tidewater offers condominiums, which are only steps from the vibrant Town Center and Aquatic Park. The needs of active adults 55+ are addressed by Del Webb & Artisan Lakes.
In addition to residential housing, Nocatee has a town center, acres of parks, extensive greenways nature trails, a kayak launch and bike paths. Upon completion in approximately 2030, Nocatee will include over 14,000 homes with an estimated 35,000 residents in a series of neighborhoods. Each neighborhood will have its own park, many of which will include ball fields, playgrounds and picnic areas. In addition, community parks will feature athletic fields, an aquatics park, playgrounds, tennis facilities and basketball courts. All residents will have access to Community Park and Splash Water Park.
